Right of Withdrawal
Under the Distance Selling Act, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period after receiving your order.
During this period, you may return a product without stating a reason.
Conditions
- Products must be unused
- No visible damage or signs of use
- Returned in original condition and packaging
- All accessories must be included
Products that are damaged, incomplete, or used are not eligible for a refund.

After your order has been shipped:
Once you receive your order, you must contact us before returning any product.
Refunds
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Refunds are processed within 30 days
- Original shipping costs are not refunded
Legal Timeframes
- You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order
- You must return the product within 14 days after notifying us
Important Information
If you refuse your order or fail to clearly inform us of your intention to return within the legal period, we cannot determine the reason for refusal.
In such cases, you may be charged for the order and any additional costs incurred.
Returned products must be in the same condition as when they left our warehouse.
