General Terms and Conditions
Important Notice: Research chemicals are intended solely for scientific research purposes. Our products are not medicinal products and are not intended for human consumption.
Always use appropriate protective equipment such as gloves, safety glasses, and lab coats. Avoid unprotected contact at all times.
Consult safety data sheets before use and work only in controlled laboratory environments.
1. Applicability
1.1 These general terms apply to all offers and agreements between EURO LAB CHEMS and customers.
1.2 By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1.3 Third-party terms are not accepted unless agreed in writing.
1.4 Products must comply with the agreement and specifications stated.
2. Delivery
- Delivery is subject to stock availability
- Standard delivery time is within 30 days unless otherwise agreed
- If delays occur, customers may cancel free of charge
- Delivery is completed once the carrier offers the package
- Incorrect address details are the responsibility of the customer
- No forwarding address shipping allowed
3. Prices
- Prices are subject to change due to legal or supplier adjustments
- All prices may contain typographical errors
- All prices are in EUR and include 21% VAT
4. Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt.
Products must be returned in original condition and packaging.
Opened or used products may be subject to depreciation costs.
A €15 processing fee may apply to returns.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exclusions: Custom-made goods, sealed hygiene products, expired goods, and certain digital/service agreements are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
5. Data Protection
Customer data is processed in accordance with GDPR regulations and will never be sold to third parties.

6. Warranty & Complaints
- Products must be reported defective within 30 days
- Complaints must be submitted within 7 days of discovery
- Approved claims may result in replacement or refund
- Liability is limited to invoice value of products
7. Offers
- Offers are non-binding unless stated otherwise
- Errors or typos do not bind EURO LAB CHEMS
- Verbal agreements must be confirmed in writing
8. Agreement
Orders are accepted only after review. EURO LAB CHEMS reserves the right to refuse orders without reason.
9. Force Majeure
EURO LAB CHEMS is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond control, including supplier issues, transport disruption, or government actions.
10. Liability
We are not liable for damages caused by improper use of products.
11. Retention of Title
All goods remain property of EURO LAB CHEMS until full payment is received.
12. Applicable Law
All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be handled by the competent court in Rotterdam unless otherwise required.
