4. Ordering & Payments

Order Process:

  1. Select products (minimum order: €150).

  2. Complete checkout with accurate shipping details.

  3. Receive payment instructions via email.

  4. Submit payment proof to sales@eurolabchems.com.

  5. Order ships within 4 hours of payment confirmation.

Accepted Payments:

  • Bitcoin (10% discount), PayPal (Friends & Family only), Revolut, bank transfers.

  • No credit cards due to industry restrictions.

  • Unpaid orders cancel after 24 hours.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • EU: 24–72 hours (tracked, discreet packaging).

  • Worldwide: 3–5 days (location-dependent).

  • No signatures required unless requested.

  • Customers must provide correct shipping details. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • No returns/refunds on research chemicals (except for verified defects).

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with evidence for defective products.
