How discreet is your packaging?

All orders are shipped in plain, neutral packaging with:

  • No company branding or logos
  • No product information on exterior
  • Generic return address
Note: We never require signatures upon delivery unless specifically requested.
How long does shipping take?

Delivery times vary by destination:

  • European Union: 24-72 hours
  • UK/Switzerland: 2-3 days
  • USA/Canada: 3-5 days
  • Worldwide: 3-6 days (location dependent)

All orders ship within 4 hours of payment confirmation.

Do you offer free samples?

No, we do not provide free samples. Our €150 minimum order ensures we can deliver the highest quality products and service to all customers.

Can I cancel or change my order after payment?

Due to our fast processing times, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once payment is received. Please review your order carefully before completing payment.

Exception: If your order hasn't shipped yet (within 1 hour of payment), we may be able to accommodate changes. Email us immediately at sales@eurolabchems.com.

All our products are 99% pure and come with analytical documentation. We source from reputable European laboratories and conduct our own quality control tests.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of research chemicals, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged product, contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence and we'll resolve the issue.

Are these products legal in my country?

Customers are responsible for verifying the legal status of any product in their jurisdiction before ordering. We ship worldwide but cannot provide legal advice.
